    Please let me know. Can they be frozen once some of these foods are eaten? Especially the 1 Week Diet Plan for Weight Loss Fast. Freezing fresh mango pieces, spinach and banana. What would you recommend to avoid the cold? I just want to make sure everything goes. Also, do you have a week-long weight loss plan? Or do you have dishes that can be discontinued in the meal plan? I have most of the materials to plan for this week. I am excited to have this 7 Day Healthy Eating Plan for Weight Loss. ! Thanks a lot!
